Return Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the date the product is delivered, provided the item is eligible for return and meets the conditions below.

To request a return or exchange, please contact Baby Cars before sending the product back. Do not ship the product back until you have received return instructions from us.

Unboxing Recommendation

We recommend recording a short video while unboxing and inspecting your product after delivery. This can help document the condition of the package, product, parts, and accessories when received.

If there is shipping damage, missing parts, or a possible defect, an unboxing video may help us review and resolve the issue more quickly.

Please keep the original box, packaging materials, accessories, manuals, and all included parts until the product has been fully inspected and tested.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must be in acceptable return condition and include all original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and instructions.

Products that have been opened, assembled, used, damaged, or are missing parts may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is required due to a confirmed product defect or an error made by Baby Cars.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method with signature confirmation. Baby Cars is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Eligible returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If a product is opened, used, damaged, returned late, missing parts, or returned in a condition that requires additional handling, the 25% restocking fee may apply.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Defective Products

If a product appears to be defective, contact Baby Cars before returning it. We may ask for photos, videos, or troubleshooting information before approving a return, exchange, replacement part, or warranty claim.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, Baby Cars may offer a replacement part, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Final Sale Items

Open-box items, final-sale items, pre-order items where cancellation is not allowed, and other items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once a final-sale or open-box item has been received by the customer, it belongs to the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise required by law.

Refused Delivery

If an item is refused at delivery or returned because the customer does not accept delivery, the order may be subject to return shipping costs, handling fees, and a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Baby Cars as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and may only be returned according to this return policy.
